above the everage. If you start at the age of 30 or
35 years your lifespan will be increased by 25-35 years. If you

by 20-30 years. If you start at the age of 50 or 55 years your
lifespan will be increased by 15-25 years. If you start at the age
of 60 or 65 years your lifespan will be increased by 10-20 years.
If you start at the age of 70 or 75 years your lifespan will be
increased by 5-15 years above the evarage.






Besides fasting, caloric restriction and smart nutrition (activity N1) there are another three anti-aging activities, which will increase your lifespan and treat age-related diseases, although they are not as powerful as activity N1. 

 
Activity N 2: Physical activity 
Regular aerobic and anaerobic activity, and other moderate physical training. Expert assessment - an increase in lifespan of 15-25 years depending on your age when you start exercises.
Activity N 3: Regular intake of anti-aging medication 
Geroprotectors: specific drugs aimed at slowing down aging of individual organs and tissues as well as the whole organism. Expert assessment - an increase in lifespan of 10-20 years.
Activity N 4: Hi-tech medicine 
Stem-cell therapy, organ transplant, early diagnostic, gene modification etc. etc. The importance of this factor will increase in the near future. Expert assessment at the moment - an increase in lifespan of 5-15 years.
