Factor N 1:  Fasting and caloric restriction will increase the average span of your life in the following fashion: If you start implementing this method at the age of 20 or 25 years your lifespan will increase by 40-45 years. If you start at the age of 30 or 35 years your lifespan will increase by 35-40 years. If you start at the age of 40 or 45 years your lifespan will increase by 30-35 years. If you start at the age of 50 or 55 years your lifespan will increase by 25-30 years. If you start at the age of 60 or 65 years your lifespan will increase by 20-25 years. If you start at the age of 70 or 75 years your lifespan will increase by 15-20 years.

Besides fasting and caloric restriction there are other factors, which increase your lifespan and treat age-related diseases. All these factors are also included in the Anti-Aging Plan. Among these factors are the following ones:

Factor N 2: Specially-balanced and individually-adjusted diet 
prescribed normally in non-fasting days by expert gerontologists (not nutritionists who are usually unfamiliar with anti-aging scientific data). Expert assessment - an increase in life expectancy of 15-25 years.

The aforementioned major factors can be divided into "strong forces", factors like periodic fasting, caloric restriction and balanced nutrition and several "weak forces", factors (intake of anti-aging drugs, physical activity, biomedicine, life quality). It is most logical for anti-aging experts to start study the most strong factors like caloric restriction and individually-specialized diets - from the standpoint that these are the most practical factors that will offer the greatest impact.

This "strong factor" was first discovered by Dr. C. McKay in the 1930s. He began pioneering research to study the impact of calorie restriction on the lifespan of lab rats, and discovered that his research methods proved an increase in lifespan as great as 40-50 percent. Over the past 80 years, large numbers of experimental and clinical studies have supported the results obtained by Dr. C. McKay. Caloric restriction and intermittent fasting produces strong rejuvenating, life-extending results on animals and humans.
